Dear Lord, increase our faith. Let us have confidence in your power, wisdom, and mercy. You see our sufferings and know how long we have endured them. You feel our infirmities and understand our every need. Let our faith rise up even in the midst of turbulent times and grow stronger when put to the test. Let us be led by You so that we can handle all situations with Your peace, wisdom and understanding. Please help us to think before we speak and to pray before we act. May Your peace be accomplished through each of us and throughout the world today. Amen.

5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
